Blah Blah Blah...

So, I'm just sitting here... stuffing a grilled cheese sandwich in my face ( Thanks to this weeks Top Chef winner ). Its only half a sandwich. But BABY LIKE...

This past month Baby Two-two gave us a scare. I received a call from the Dr. telling me that results from my AFP blood test show that my estrogen level is too high for my age. My results show estrogen levels for a 38 year old. This is a sign for a down syndrome baby. We were asked if we wanted to do an Amnio test to get 100% result of the baby's health or take what god gave us and not take the test. We decided the Amnio was the right decision for us. The results for an Amnio take 10-14 days. The stick you with a 5 inch needle. It pulls some amniotic fluid out and that's what they use to get their results. Longest 11 days of my life. I received a call from the Dr. last Thursday. Baby two-two is a healthy baby! The tests were perfect! Relief for the Atencion family. Thank you to my friends and family for telling me everyday... that everything would be ok. You were all right!! Sorry! We still don't know the gender of the baby! We'll find out 2007

Now, I just need to worry about not eating too many sweets.
